Palais de Justice de Longueuil
Once the father moved out of town, he submitted a request for exclusive custody of their child. Having hired our family lawyer, the mother also requested exclusive custody. Since they could not come to an agreement, a trial took place at the Longueuil Palais de justice.
Psychosocial expertise was requested and the Judge took it under consideration. He also took into account the living environment stability of the child. Our lawyer, Mrs Vallelonga, represented the mother during this two day trial.
The Judge gave exclusive custody to the mother.
