Two children, who suffered abuse due to an unstable family structure, were placed in foster care until they reached the age of majority. The parents hired Marie-Stéphane Gendron to represent them in court.
The DYP (plaintiff) tried to intervene a second time and planned to change the children’s foster family.
The development of these two boys within their original foster family, the involvement of our clients, and the unjustified facts pointed out by our lawyer ensured the situation was restored—with the children’s best interests being the sole consideration.
