The hearings\u00a0had been set for the same day in August 2015.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>In one of the cases, the other party wanted shared custody of the child, which our client did not agree with because he wanted exclusive custody with visiting rights. The Judge settled favorably for our client at the intermediate stage. In the second case, our lawyer wanted a children\u2019s lawyer to be appointed and obtained this. Finally, in the third case, a client who had not seen his child in several years asked for visiting rights one day a week, which was granted.<\/p>\n<p><em>Not all Mrs. Vallelonga\u2019s clients receive what they want.
