Prior to this, custody was shared with the mother. She had hired our family lawyer to represent her. The father invoked various reasons to withdraw custody from the mother and basically allegated that her behaviour was not adequate to take proper care of the children.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>However, the Judge agreed with Mrs. Vallelonga\u2019s arguments and made the parents share custody at this stage.<\/p>\n<p>Our family lawyer\u2019s clients do not always win their cases.
