After they separated, he hired our family lawyer to claim <a href=\"https:\/\/csklawyers.ca\/familylaw\/category\/alimony\/\">spousal support<\/a> from his ex-wife. He also wanted custody of their child as well as child support for the latter. <!--more-->The interim request was submitted at the Montreal Palais de justice. His ex-wife opposed the application for payment of spousal support.<\/p>\n<p>After hearing the arguments of both parties, the Judge temporarily granted monthly alimony to the ex-husband.<\/p>\n<p>Mrs. Vallelonga\u2019s clients do not always win their case however.
