Since the trial will take place in several months, the Judge has to settle at the interim stage which one will have custody during the procedures. This decision is important because it determines where the child will start going to school. <\/p>\n<p>In this case that was heard in Longueuil, Mrs Vallelonga, a family lawyer, asked and was granted that the child could stay exclusively with the mother during  the procedures.
