Our client (the defendant) refuses and chooses to fight for shared custody of his children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As always, the children&#8217;s best interests are our paramount concern, putting us in fighting mode while also remaining sensitive to the family situations our clients are dealing with.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our client was right to stand his ground, since he ended up winning the case. Thanks to the shared custody, he is now able to spend time together with his three kids.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our clients don&#8217;t always win their case.
