The parents hired Marie-St\u00e9phane Gendron to represent them in court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The DYP (plaintiff) tried to intervene a second time and planned to change the children\u2019s foster family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The development of these two boys within their original foster family, the involvement of our clients, and the unjustified facts pointed out by our lawyer ensured the situation was restored\u2014with the children&#8217;s best interests being the sole consideration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our clients don&#8217;t always win their case.
