However, following the mother&#8217;s hasty move to the suburbs, the father found himself facing a done deal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The mother\u2019s actions did not work in her favour: medical information was never shared with the father, important decisions were not made jointly with him, and she did not answer her phone for father-son calls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Due to the major change brought on by the mother\u2019s move, the father was awarded a stable schedule along with joint custody to ensure the child\u2019s well-being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The summer period and school break will be the perfect time to start this new custody arrangement!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our clients don&#8217;t always win their case.
