The Director of Youth Protection also became involved during this period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, the father&#8217;s progress since the events, coupled with the withdrawal of criminal charges and the involvement of the Youth Protection in this case, convinced the Court to grant him more time with his child in the child&#8217;s best interest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Not all our clients always prevail.
