This aspect was consistently used by the Director of <a href=\"https:\/\/csklawyers.ca\/familylaw\/youth-protection\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"14\">Youth Protection<\/a> to argue for a majority placement of the child, despite a significant improvement in the mother&#8217;s parenting abilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Indeed, all parties involved in the case acknowledged the parents&#8217; progress. The Court was reassured by the parents&#8217; testimony and their willingness to seek support when needed, in the best interest of their child. As a result, a gradual return of the child to their parents was authorized, and the supervision of contacts was lifted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Not all of \u00c9milie&#8217;s clients are successful.
