This client <a href=\"https:\/\/csklawyers.ca\/familylaw\/alimony-for-adult-offspring\/\">was an adult<\/a>. The legal criteria that determine whether or not adults may receive such a payment from their parents are as follows:<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>1) The age of the applicants<\/p>\n<p>2) How serious they are about their project and their previous school results<\/p>\n<p>3) The field of study<\/p>\n<p>4) The financial means of the parents<\/p>\n<p>5) The level of education of the parents<\/p>\n<p>6) The sons\u2019 duty to reduce costs to a minimum, by obtaining loans and bursaries<\/p>\n<p>7) Whether or not it is possible to work part-time.<\/p>\n<p>The Judge granted this request and the client will receive an allowance.<\/p>\n<p>Not all Mrs.Vallelonga\u2019s clients win their cases.
